Out-Of-State ATV Riders:

Please click here to see if your state has reciprocity with PA, meaning that we can accept your state's registration (Ohio's reciprocity was reinstated as of June 25, 2008).  If your state does not appear on this list, please complete and print the DCNR Registration Application and bring it along with all the items listed above to Mines & Meadows and we'll process your PA registration on the spot.  The $20 fee charged by DCNR will provide you with two(2) years of unlimited riding anywhere in Pennsylvania.

If you do not have an out-of-state registration, please bring your Title and/or a copy of your Bill of Sale.  (These restrictions apply only to ATVs, PA does not have any registration requirements for dirt bikes.
