Welcome to Mines & Meadows general questions and answers section. Periodically, we will update the answers to reflect the latest changes taking place at our resort. These questions and answers came from ATV riders like you. We hope you find them helpful and informative.

• What are the normal hours of operation for the riding park?

  • Since our second year of operation, the general public has been able to enjoy the park along with our Gold Pass Members 7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. till dusk.  The park is closed to non-members during the first two weeks of December each year for deer season (except Sundays).  During this hiatus, members only are permitted to hunt on our beautiful 600 acre wooded grounds that lie directly adjacent to the PA State Game Lands.  Over the past couple seasons, the success rate of our hunters has been exceptional with many people commenting that the hunting experience alone at our park is worth the price of a membership. 

   

• What are the fees for memberships & day rates?  

  • Annual memberships are $250 per individual or $400 per family, while non-member rates are $25 per day or $40 for two days.  Click here to view a cost comparison between a Mines & Meadows membership and the average riding costs paid by ATV owners in PA.

   

   

• Are Group Rates available?

  • Please contact our office for specific details on large group discounts or corporate events.

   

• What are some of the early amenities planned for Mines & Meadows?

  • Two of the most requested services have always been RV camping with electricity and ATV rentals.  Both these amenities are now available at the park.  Please click here for more details.  Reservations are required for both these services.

   

• Is two-person riding permitted in the park?

• Are trail rides guided or unguided?

  • Trail rides are generally unguided with the exception of the underground mine rides which are guided.  Persons wishing to have an experienced guide for the day should contact our office to make arrangements.  Valley ATV Rentals also offers guided tours with its rental units.

• What type of emergency evacuation resources does the park have at its disposal?

   

  • In September 2007, Mines & Meadows signed an agreement with Noga Ambulance Services to provide exclusive medical response services.  Noga has state-of-the-art Kubota UTV equipment specifically designed for technical rescue and extraction situations.
