What are the normal hours of operation for the riding park?
Our office is open 7 days a week from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, Members and non-members alike can continue to ride our trails from 9:00 am till sunset. The park is closed to non-members during the two weeks of rifle deer season except Sundays. Normally during this hiatus, members only are permitted to hunt on our beautiful 650 acre wooded grounds that lie directly adjacent to the PA State Game Lands. However, this year we are offering a special $50 two week pass for non-member hunters to try and bag the big one. Over the past couple seasons, the success rate of our hunters has been exceptional with many people commenting that the hunting experience alone at our park is worth the price of membership.
What are the fees for memberships & day rates?
Annual memberships are $250 per individual or $400 per family, while non-member rates are $25 per day or $40 for two days. Three-month Seasonal Passes are also a great way for families to save money.
Are Group Rates available?
Please contact our office for specific details on large group discounts or corporate events.
Is two-person riding permitted in the park?
We require you to obey the manufacturers specifications on your machine
Are trail rides guided or unguided?
Trail rides are generally unguided with the exception of the underground mine rides which are guided. Persons wishing to have an experienced guide for the day should contact our office to make arrangements.
Do you offer RV storage?
We do not offer storage at our facility, however just next door, Wampum Underground offers underground storage for your RV/Camper. For more info about Wampum Underground, visit their website here
What type of emergency resources does the park have at its disposal?
In September 2007, Mines & Meadows signed an agreement with Noga Ambulance Services to provide exclusive medical response services. Noga has state-of-the-art Kubota UTV equipment specifically designed for technical rescue and extraction situations.
Do you offer Rentals?
No, we do not have rentals for 2018. Unfortunately, the company Eagle Rider of Pittsburgh, who did our rentals last year could not come back for this season. We are looking into other options for 2019. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Are helmets required?
Helmets are required at all times even in parking lot and campground. Helmets are also required in side x sides at all times.
